The Director
The Teacher
The Director (Master Teacher) should relate to kids on a mature level. He/she represents the wisdom of God.
The Director should wear a beret and carry a megaphone. Beyond that, you have some latitude. The traditional
attire of a director includes knee boots, khaki pants and a short-sleeved shirt.

Haywood
Nerdy Teachers Assistant
Haywood is the Director’s assistant. He is a well-meaning nerd who constantly bumbles everything he attempts.
He brings humor and slapstick to the program while providing the Director opportunities to clarify the lesson. He
is a Christian but has limited understanding about the Word of God.
He dresses like a nerd. Thick glasses, a pocket protector, suspenders and mismatched clothing will help make
Haywood look the part. Tape the glasses around the nose piece. Even short pants with dark socks will help
complete the nerd ensemble. He should button his short-sleeved shirt to the top. Haywood should use the clapper
board between takes during Make A Scene.

Heather DeShay
Self-Absorbed Movie Star
Heather is a self-centered movie star who thinks with her emotions. She normally provides tension on the set
which allows God’s Word the opportunity to shed light on the situation. Heather is a spoiled actress.
She wears bright, high-fashion clothes with a feather boa around her neck. A blonde, Hollywood-style wig
establishes her as glamorous. She often wears a fancy hat. She looks rich and high-class all the way.
