Daily Schedule

Fitness Camp is flexible:

half-day camp (allow about 2 ½ hours) or full-day camp with optional activities (found in manual)
5 days in a row or one day a week.

Suggested daily schedule:

Jumpstart – opening activities
Launch – icebreaker
Fitness Challenge – exercise class with included DVDs
Health Challenge – Bible and health discussion
Fuel – lunch (optional)
Target Zone – field trips (optional)
Replenish – snack (optional)
Finish Line – parent pick up

Kickboxing
Circuit Training
Hop ‘n Bop
Flexibility
